BIM MEP DATA CENTERS Modeler - Zaragoza

We are looking for a BIM MEP Modeler for an industrial project to expand one of our teams in Zaragoza.

Functions:

• 3D modeling of mechanical and/or electrical installations (HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, medium voltage, etc.) in a BIM environment.
• Generation of drawings, measurements, and technical documentation from the model.
• Graphic support for project engineers.
• Participation in BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines.
• Compliance with BIM standards and protocols (internal and/or client).

• Previous experience in BIM MEP modeling (minimum 2-4 years), preferably in a technical office.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Knowledge of technical installations and their representation in BIM models.
• Languages: Advanced English is essential
• Own vehicle for traveling to site

• Experience in data center construction is highly valued.

Valuable requirements

• Experience in data center or critical installation projects will be valued.
• Knowledge of other BIM tools (BIM360, Dynamo, etc.) will be valued.

Estamos buscando un/a Modelador/a BIM MEP para proyecto industrial ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en Zaragoza.

Funciones:

• Modelado 3D de instalaciones mecánicas y/o eléctricas (climatización, fontanería, BT, MT, etc.) en entorno BIM.
• Generación de planos, mediciones y documentación técnica a partir del modelo.
• Soporte gráfico a los ingenieros/as de proyecto.
• Participación en reuniones de coordinación BIM con otras disciplinas.
• Cumplimiento de estándares y protocolos BIM (internos y/o del cliente).

• Experiencia previa en modelado BIM MEP (mínimo 2-4 años), preferentemente en oficina técnica.
• Dominio de Revit MEP y Navisworks
• Conocimientos de instalaciones técnicas y su representación en modelos BIM.
• Idiomas: Inglés avanzado imprescindible
• Vehículo propio para desplazarse a planta

• Se valora muy positivamente experiencia en construcción de CPDs.

Requisitos valorables

• Se valorará experiencia en proyectos de data centers o instalaciones críticas.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en otras herramientas BIM (BIM360, Dynamo, etc.)
