We are looking to bring on a PMO to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of a new service within the organization.

What will I do?

• Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the new service, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate the activities required for the technical development and subsequent deployment of the service.
• Coordinate the transition and adoption of the new processes by the operational teams.
• Act as a coordination point between different areas, including SSC Operations, SSC Transformation, Customer Support, Digital Technology, and other business areas.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure proper alignment between the different functions involved.
• Track activities, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions required to move the program forward.
• Proactively identify potential blockers and coordinate the necessary actions to resolve them.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with the different teams.
• Ensure clear and structured communication of the program status to the different stakeholders and management levels.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of testing, validation, transition, and deployment activities when applicable.
• Support the definition and improvement of operational processes associated with the new service.
• Ensure proper integration between business needs, technical teams, and operations.

• Actuar como punto de coordinación entre diferentes áreas, incluyendo SSC Operations, SSC Transformation, Customer Support, Digital Technology y otras áreas de negocio.
• Gestionar múltiples stakeholders y asegurar una correcta alineación entre las diferentes funciones involucradas.
• Realizar el seguimiento de actividades, dependencias, riesgos, issues y decisiones necesarias para avanzar con el programa.
• Identificar de forma proactiva posibles bloqueos y coordinar las acciones necesarias para su resolución.
• Facilitar reuniones de seguimiento, workshops y sesiones de coordinación con los diferentes equipos.
• Asegurar una comunicación clara y estructurada del estado del programa hacia los diferentes stakeholders y niveles de management.
• Coordinar la preparación y ejecución de actividades de testing, validación, transición y despliegue cuando corresponda.
• Apoyar la definición y mejora de procesos operativos asociados al nuevo servicio.
• Asegurar la correcta integración entre las necesidades del negocio, los equipos técnicos y las operaciones.
