• Comprehensive coordination of substation engineering projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervision of engineering teams, assigning tasks and resources efficiently to optimize project development.
• Preparation and monitoring of detailed schedules for substation project planning.
• Management of the project's technical and administrative documentation.
• Identification and mitigation of potential risks during the design and execution phase.
• Close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
• Review and approval of drawings, technical specifications, and calculation reports.
• Active participation in technical and project monitoring meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards in substation projects.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes.

• Technical Engineer or Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
• Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in engineering project coordination, specifically in the area of electrical substations.
• Strong knowledge of planning, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate work teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work in Madrid - Requena.
