The role

What you'll do

Lead and oversee BIM workflows across all projects, ensuring the correct implementation of the methodology.
Plan, execute, and control BIM activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
Ensure compliance with BIM regulations and standards, including ISO 19650, and develop/adapt the BEP (Building Information Model Execution Plan) according to each project's and client's needs.
Facilitate collaboration and communication among different design and engineering teams, ensuring model interoperability and conflict resolution.
Implement and oversee quality control processes for BIM deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
Interact with clients to understand their BIM requirements and present project progress and results.
Ensure that technical solutions and developed models meet industrial and design requirements.

Requirements

University degree in engineering or architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM-related roles, preferably as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator.
Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as REVIT and NAVISWORKS.
Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and experience in creating and managing BEPs.
Experience in managing industrial projects and teams.
Advanced level of English.
