We are looking for a Measurement Technician (Cost Control – Civil Works) to join our team, primarily based in Sines (Portugal). The selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining and controlling measurements, preparing quantity takeoffs, and supporting the economic monitoring of the project, as well as validating on-site quantities and reviewing subcontractor measurements.

The position also offers the possibility of working in other locations in Spain: Barcelona, Tarragona, Huelva, Algeciras, Castellón, Asturias, Huesca, Zaragoza, Madrid, Miranda de Ebro and Guadalajara, depending on project needs.

• Reading and interpreting civil works drawings.
• Preparing quantity takeoffs (measurements) from drawings.
• Calculating volumes of earthworks, concrete, pavements, drainage, etc.
• Developing measurement sheets and base budgets.
• Updating measurements according to project changes or execution.
• Supporting monthly certifications (executed vs. planned measurement).
• Supporting the review of subcontractor and supplier measurements.
• Detecting inconsistencies between drawings, measurements, and executed works.
• Collaborating with production to validate actual on-site quantities.

• Education: Technician, draughtsperson, or Civil Engineering, Public Works, Technical Architecture or similar.
• Experience: 3–5 years in civil works measurements or similar roles.
• Knowledge of:
• Interpretation of drawings.
• Civil works construction processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Presto, AutoCAD or similar.
• English level: B2-C1
• Availability to relocate to Sines (Portugal) as the project's primary location.

Seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a de Mediciones (Control de Costes – Obra Civil) para incorporarse prioritariamente en Sines (Portugal). La persona seleccionada será responsable de la obtención y control de mediciones, elaboración de cubicaciones y apoyo al seguimiento económico del proyecto, así como de la validación de cantidades en obra y la revisión de mediciones de subcontratas.

La posición también ofrece la posibilidad de incorporarse en otras ubicaciones de España: Barcelona, Tarragona, Huelva, Algeciras, Castellón, Asturias, Huesca, Zaragoza, Madrid, Miranda de Ebro y Guadalajara, según necesidades del proyecto.

• Lectura e interpretación de planos de obra civil.
• Elaboración de mediciones (cubicaciones) a partir de planos.
• Cálculo de volúmenes de movimiento de tierras, hormigón, firmes, drenajes, etc.
• Desarrollo de cuadros de mediciones y presupuestos base.
• Actualización de mediciones según cambios de proyecto o de ejecución.
• Apoyo en certificaciones mensuales (medición ejecutada vs. prevista).
• Apoyo en la revisión de mediciones de subcontratas y proveedores.
• Detección de incoherencias entre planos, mediciones y obra ejecutada.
• Colaboración con producción para validar cantidades reales en obra.
