🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Catalan (essential)

• Architecture, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent technical degree.

• Specialized training in BIM Management / Information Management.

• Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management via CDE.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Revit, Istram, and/or Civil3D.

• Ability to model and update BIM models.

• Knowledge of IFC, BCF, multidisciplinary coordination, and model quality control.

• Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and project management processes.

• Experience in construction projects of similar complexity will be valued.

At Aldesa, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our team on the New Tarragona Tram Operating Center Project - Vila-seca.

This is a strategic, comprehensive railway project. The project includes the construction of a 6,300 m² industrial complex (workshops, offices, and auxiliary buildings), the landscaping of the site, a track area (five workshop tracks and four depot tracks), 750 V catenary, and high-complexity installations.

You will lead the BIM and project information management, ensuring the correct reception, review, coordination, modeling, updating, and delivery of models and information, through the processes and workflows defined in the CDE and in accordance with the project requirements.

📋 Your responsibilities

• Receive, review, and audit the BIM models and information delivered to the project.

• Verify the quality, integrity, coordination, and compliance with BIM requirements, recording and tracking deviations.

• Model, modify, and update BIM models when the project scope requires it.

• Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with the BEP and the BIM deliverables schedule.

• Coordinate disciplines, designers, construction site, and BIM subcontractors.

• Supervise the coordination, interferences, incidents, changes, and quality of digital deliverables.

• Validate information before its issuance or delivery and control the workflows established in Autodesk Forma.

• Lead BIM meetings, track actions, and report progress, risks, and deviations to the Site Management.
