This internship is integrated into the medical department, with the main training taking place in the medical operations area and support in the neurology, immunology, and rare diseases area. The student will participate in the implementation of the strategic plan and the initiatives or events carried out in the department.

The medical operations area handles activities related to medical information, analysis and reporting of medical department metrics, coordination and follow-up of post-authorization clinical studies, coordination of the congress area, and support and coordination of cross-functional processes and activities within the medical department to ensure the proper development of activities. In the rare diseases, neurology, and immunology area, medical and educational projects are developed that require the creation and management of non-promotional materials for distribution or presentation according to the scientific dissemination strategy.

During the internship, the student will develop their internal and external communication skills, learn about the activities carried out by Medical Liaison Managers (MLMs) and the rest of the field teams, assimilate scientific content, and learn how to interact in a digital environment.

• A person with training and strong scientific knowledge in health sciences or pharmacy is required (Master's or PhD in Science is valued).

• Agreement: it will be essential to be able to sign an educational cooperation agreement with the study center.

• Scholarship duration: 12 months.
• Estimated start date: October 2026.
• Schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. Continuous working day in summer.

• Compensation: Study aid of €1,000/month and €200/month in restaurant vouchers.

Esta práctica se integra en el departamento médico, desarrollando su formación principal en el área de operaciones médicas y soporte en el área de neurología, inmunología y enfermedades raras. El/la estudiante participará en la implementación del plan estratégico y las iniciativas o eventos que se realicen en el área.

En el área de operaciones médicas se desarrollan las actividades relacionadas con información médica, análisis y reportes de métricas del departamento médico, coordinación y seguimiento de estudios clínicos post-autorización, coordinación del área de congresos y apoyo y coordinación de procesos y actividades interfuncionales del departamento médico para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de las actividades. En el área de enfermedades raras, neurología e inmunología se desarrollan proyectos médicos y educacionales que requieren la elaboración y gestión de materiales no promocionales para su distribución o presentación según la estrategia de divulgación científica.

Durante la beca, el/la estudiante desarrollará sus habilidades de comunicación interna y externa, conocerá las actividades realizadas por los Medical Liaison Managers (MLMs)y el resto de los equipos de campo, asimilará contenidos científicos y aprenderá como se interactúa en un entorno digital.

• Se requiere a una persona con formación y fuerte conocimiento científico en ciencias de la salud o farmacia (Master en Ciencias o PhD valorable).
• Capacidad de análisis y proactividad, comunicativa, atención al detalle, planificación y organización.
• Capacidad de adaptación rápida a diferentes situaciones y agilidad en la toma de decisiones.
