About the role

This internship will be integrated into the Human Resources area, supporting the business to achieve its goals, with a focus on the commitment and well-being of our teams. The activities carried out by the selected candidate will always be supervised and supported by the HR Business Partner.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities will be to support the HR team in the following functions:

HR Projects: Participate in a wide variety of HR projects designed to attract, develop, and foster talent commitment at Biogen, including, among others, those related to employer branding, engagement, and reinforcing Biogen's culture and values.

Talent, Development, Communication: Support the team in designing and organizing training sessions, coordinating internal communications sent from HR, and managing the talent review process.

Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate on the implementation of the performance plan, including setting objectives and compensation processes, which will require preparing materials and presentations to share with staff.

Employee Relations: Support the HRBP in responding to staff inquiries related to human resources, regarding benefits, leaves, HR processes, and the application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement or internal policies. Participate in HR tasks carried out to ensure compliance with local and global policies and regulations.

Organization: Participate in activities related to changes and updates to be made to the company's organizational chart.

Talent Acquisition: Help complete tasks related to new hires and the onboarding program.

How you'll work

  • Agreement: It will be essential to be able to sign an educational cooperation agreement with the academic institution.
  • Scholarship Duration: 6 months, extendable up to one year.
  • Estimated Start Date: October 2026.
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Intensive workday during the summer. Possibility of adjusting the schedule if necessary to accommodate the Master's program.
