HR Intern

This internship will be integrated into the Human Resources area, supporting the business to achieve its goals, with a focus on the commitment and well-being of our teams. The activities carried out by the selected candidate will always be supervised and supported by the HR Business Partner.

The main responsibilities will be to support the HR team in the following functions:

HR Projects: Participate in a wide variety of HR projects designed to attract, develop, and foster talent commitment at Biogen, including, among others, those related to employer branding, engagement, and reinforcing Biogen's culture and values.

Talent, Development, Communication: Support the team in designing and organizing training sessions, coordinating internal communications sent from HR, and managing the talent review process.

Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate on the implementation of the performance plan, including setting objectives and compensation processes, which will require preparing materials and presentations to share with staff.

Employee Relations: Support the HRBP in responding to staff inquiries related to human resources, regarding benefits, leaves, HR processes, and the application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement or internal policies. Participate in HR tasks carried out to ensure compliance with local and global policies and regulations.

Organization: Participate in activities related to changes and updates to be made to the company's organizational chart.

Talent Acquisition: Help complete tasks related to new hires and the onboarding program.

- Preferred: Master's degree in HR.

• Compensation: Study allowance of €1000/month and €200/month in meal vouchers.

• Agreement: It will be essential to be able to sign an educational cooperation agreement with the academic institution.
• Scholarship Duration: 6 months, extendable up to one year.
• Estimated Start Date: October 2026.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Intensive workday during the summer. Possibility of adjusting the schedule if necessary to accommodate the Master's program.

Las principales tareas serán apoyar al equipo de RRHH en relación con las siguientes funciones:

Proyectos de RRHH: Participar en una amplia variedad de proyectos de RRHH diseñados con el objetivo de atraer, desarrollar y favorecer el compromiso del talento de Biogen, incluyendo, entre otros, los relacionados con employer branding, engagement y el refuerzo de la cultura y valores de Biogen.

Talento, desarrollo, comunicación: Ayuda al equipo en el diseño y organización de sesiones de formación, en la coordinación de la comunicación interna que se envía desde HR, y en la gestión del proceso de revisión del talento.

Compensación y Beneficios: Colaboración en la implementación del plan de desempeño, incluyendo la fijación de objetivos y los procesos de compensación, que requerirá la preparación de materiales y presentaciones para compartir con el personal.

Relaciones laborales: Apoyo al HRBP para responder a las consultas de la plantilla relacionadas con recursos humanos, en relación con beneficios, licencias, procesos de recursos humanos y aplicación del Convenio Colectivo o políticas internas. Participación en las tareas de RRHH llevadas a cabo para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y normativas locales y globales.

Organización: Participación en las actividades relativas a los cambios y actualizaciones a realizar en el organigrama de la empresa.

Adquisición de Talento: Ayudar a completar las tareas relacionadas con las nuevas contrataciones y con el programa de onboarding.

- Preferible: Máster en RRHH.

• Compensación: Ayuda al estudio 1000€ /mes y 200 € / mes en ticket restaurante.

• Convenio: será imprescindible poder firmar un convenio de colaboración educativa con el centro de estudios.
• Duración de la beca: 6 meses, prorrogable hasta un año.
• Fecha de incorporación estimada: Octubre 2026.
• Horario: de 9:00 a 17:30 de lunes a jueves y de 8:00 a 15:00 los viernes. Jornada intensiva en verano. Posibilidad de adaptar el horario en caso de ser necesario por necesidad de compatibilizarlo con el horario del máster.
