Our Young Talent Program is designed to accompany you in your first professional steps after university. Through a journey across different company departments, all related to engineering and the industrial sector, you will have the opportunity to explore diverse work environments, roles, and areas of specialization.

The goal is for you to receive cross-functional training, discover which type of roles suit you best, and help define your professional development, supporting you during that key moment when you are still exploring your path.

• You have completed your Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Automation, Electronics, Organization and Production, or similar), Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering, and you are ready to embark on your next professional adventure.
• You have skills in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python, which will allow you to collaborate with different teams and contribute to the success of projects.
• You have excellent command of English (B2 level or higher), which will open doors for you to participate in international projects during the program and boost your professional development.

We will begin with a phone call to get to know you and explain the program and the company.

Next, you will have an online one-on-one meeting with the people team, where you can learn the details of the tasks within the program, clear up any doubts, and satisfy your curiosity about the position.

Finally, after evaluating your application, we will inform you of the final decision of the selection process as soon as possible.

Nuestro programa de Jóvenes Talentos está diseñado para acompañarte en tus primeros pasos profesionales tras la universidad. A través de un recorrido por diferentes departamentos de la compañía, todos ellos vinculados al ámbito de la ingeniería y el sector industrial, tendrás la oportunidad de conocer distintos entornos de trabajo, roles y áreas de especialización.

El objetivo es que puedas formarte de manera transversal, descubrir qué tipo de funciones encajan mejor contigo y ayudarte a definir tu desarrollo profesional, acompañándote en ese momento clave en el que todavía estás explorando tu camino.

• Has finalizado tu Grado y/o Máster en Ingeniería Industrial (especialización en Automática, Electrónica, Organización y Producción o similar), Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería Informática, y estás listo/a para embarcarte en tu próxima aventura laboral.
• Posees habilidades en lenguajes de programación como C, C++, Java o Python, lo que te permitirá colaborar con los diferentes equipos y contribuir al éxito de los proyectos.
• Tienes un excelente dominio del inglés (nivel B2 o superior), lo que te abrirá las puertas a participar en proyectos internacionales durante el programa y potenciará tu desarrollo profesional.

Comenzaremos con una charla telefónica para conocerte y explicarte el programa y la empresa.

A continuación, tendrás una reunión online e individual junto al equipo de people, donde podrás conocer al detalle las tareas dentro del programa, despejar dudas y curiosidades que tengas sobre la vacante.

Por último, tras valoración de la candidatura, te informaremos de la decisión final del proceso de selección cuanto antes.
