● Second-level support (L2) for Ericsson virtualized charging nodes: EDA, EMM, SDP, AIR, OCC, and CCN.

● Management and validation of CDRs according to defined use cases.

● Analysis and troubleshooting of online charging protocols such as Diameter.

● Collection and analysis of logs, traces, and alarms from O&M for advanced diagnostics.

● Interaction with OSS platforms: OSS-RC and Ericsson ENM.

● Execution of operational tasks such as upgrades, patches, and post-validations.

● Documentation of procedures, scripts, and configurations.

● Cross-functional support on virtualized infrastructures (VMware).Required technical knowledge

● Ericsson OSS/BSS platforms:

○ EDA (provisioning)

○ EMM (mediation)

○ SDP, AIR, OCC, CCN (online charging)● Linux (basic commands, troubleshooting)

● SQL (data queries and analysis for charging)

● VMware (virtualized environments)

● Signaling protocols:

○ Diameter, SFTP, CAI3G, XML-RPC (ACIP/UCIP), CAP V1/V2, and CS1+● Tools and scripting:

○ Wireshark, SoapUI

○ Basic scripting in Bash or Python (desirable for automation)

● Permanent contract - Final company

● Hybrid work model: 2 days remote and 3 days on-site.

● Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:30
• Friday: 08:00 to 15:00 (intensive working day)

● On-call shifts: 1 week per month (availability only; availability and effective hours are paid in case of intervention).Salary: €47,000 gross per year.

Final company Telecommunications

● Technical education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar fields.

● Hands-on experience in resolving complex network incidents (level 2).

● Familiarity with end-to-end network architecture, OSS elements, and network node operation logic.

● Desirable prior experience with vendor tools such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Cognizant, Huawei, Nokia, or Ericsson.

● Minimum English level B2 (to hold 3-4 meetings per month in English).

● Analytical skills, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset.

● Residency in Madrid or availability to work in a hybrid model.

● Modalidad de trabajo híbrida: 2 días teletrabajo y 3 presenciales.

• Viernes: 08:00 a 15:00h (jornada intensiva)

● Guardias: 1 semana al mes (solo disponibilidad, se paga disponibilidad y horas efectivas en caso de intervención).Salario: 47.000€ B.A

Empresa final Telecomunicaciones

● Formación técnica en Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similares.

● Experiencia práctica en resolución de incidencias complejas a nivel de red (nivel 2).

● Familiaridad con la arquitectura de red end-to-end, elementos OSS y lógica de funcionamiento de nodos de red.

● Deseable experiencia previa en entornos con herramientas de proveedores como Amdocs, Netcracker, Cognizant, Huawei, Nokia o Ericsson.

● Inglés mínimo B2 (para mantener 3-4 reuniones en inglés al mes).

● Capacidad analítica, autonomía y orientación al trabajo en equipo.

● Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida
