QA Automation Engineer Playwright/Selenium

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with experience in Playwright or Selenium to participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests using Playwright or Selenium.
• Defining and applying testing strategies based on reusable components and scalable testing approaches.
• Ensuring the quality of applications through a proactive testing and quality control approach.
• Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Analyzing incidents, identifying risks, and proposing solutions that improve product quality.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation.
• Demonstrable experience with tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TMAP or ISTQB.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
• Availability to travel to the Netherlands 3 to 4 times per year.

• ISTQB or TMAP certifications.
• Experience in complex, international corporate environments.
• Participation in large-scale Agile transformation processes.
• Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Estamos buscando un/a QA Automation Engineer con experiencia en Playwright o Selenium para participar en proyectos internacionales y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares.

Serás responsable de:

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pruebas automatizadas utilizando Playwright o Selenium.
• Definir y aplicar estrategias de testing basadas en componentes reutilizables y enfoques de pruebas escalables.
• Garantizar la calidad de las aplicaciones a través de un enfoque proactivo de testing y control de calidad.
• Colaborar con diferentes equipos y stakeholders en entornos Agile.
• Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos y metodologías de aseguramiento de la calidad.
• Analizar incidencias, identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones que mejoren la calidad del producto.

• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en automatización de pruebas.
• Experiencia demostrable con herramientas como Playwright o Selenium.
• Conocimiento de metodologías de testing como TMAP o ISTQB.
• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile, especialmente Scrum o SAFe.
• Fuertes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
• Actitud proactiva orientada a la calidad y la mejora continua.
• Experiencia colaborando con múltiples equipos y stakeholders.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar a Países Bajos entre 3 y 4 veces al año.

• Certificaciones ISTQB o TMAP.
• Experiencia en entornos corporativos complejos e internacionales.
• Participación en procesos de transformación Agile a gran escala.
• Conocimientos de integración de pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD.
