We are looking to hire a professional for the position of Aeronautical Aerostructures Manager, with a key role in coordinating structural design activities within civil aeronautical programs. You will have a direct impact on the planning, supervision, and delivery of high-value technical solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead aerostructures design and development activities using 3D CAD tools.
  • Coordinate technical teams, ensuring proper planning of activities and deliverables.
  • Supervise and validate 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Analyze engineering requirements and ensure their proper implementation throughout the design cycle.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in aerostructures design and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5.
  • Experience working in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) environments.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical industry tools such as VPM, PASS SSI, and Sprint.
  • Previous experience in civil aircraft programs.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate multidisciplinary environments.
  • Experience in validating 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • Minimum English level B2.
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
