About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical and strategic architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem on an insurance sector project (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, among other clouds). The role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, with support from Capgemini's Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).

What we're looking for

More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture.

Demonstrable experience with large national and international clients, with particular value placed on projects in the insurance or financial services sector.

Main responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design

Audit the code quality of other technology vendors
Propose DevOps environments and methodologies
Audit code using PMD reports or other tools
Coordinate promotions between environments
Strategic leadership

Identify opportunities for performance and functionality optimization
Plan the cleanup/decommissioning of obsolete items (classes, fields, pages)
Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations (including AI/Agentforce)
Technical quality management


Architecture and design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, minimum)
Solid experience in data modeling and integration design (APIs)
Knowledge of development best practices, code quality, and technical review (use of tools such as PMD)
Technical leadership capability and management of multidisciplinary teams
Relevant Salesforce certifications for the scope (Architect / App Builder / Administrator, depending on the cloud)
Skills - Nice to Have

Apex, JavaScript / Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (integration, segmentation, Journey Builder)
Knowledge of Personalization / Commerce Cloud
Additional certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce AI Specialist/Associate, Marketing Cloud Consultant/Administrator, Salesforce DX.
