Technical Program Manager - Radar Systems

✅ Minimum experience:

Experience of 5 to 10 years in systems engineering, complex systems integration, or technical leadership of technology programs.

✅ Technical skills:

• Systems engineering and complex systems architecture.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager - Radar Systems to join our team, to participate in strategic Defense programs, acting as the technical reference for the project and contributing to the definition and evolution of complex solutions associated with state-of-the-art radar systems.

The selected candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, ensuring the balance between performance, cost, schedule, risk, and industrialization throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Technically lead the program, acting as the engineering reference for clients, industrial partners, and internal teams.

• Define and evolve the system architecture and its main subsystems.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams within a matrix environment.

• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, certification, and safety requirements.

• Oversee the integration of hardware, software, and embedded systems technologies.

• Manage technical risks and define mitigation plans.

• Lead configuration management activities, change control, and critical issue resolution.

• Participate in the program's technical planning, defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Program, Production, Quality, Procurement, and HSE departments to ensure the technical success of the solution.
