• Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows.
• Analyze existing pipelines and support their modernization or progressive migration from Jenkins.
• Implement Golden Paths adapted to different technologies and application types.
• Configure Pull Request controls, branch protection, peer review, and traceability with Jira.
• Integrate build, automated testing, Sonar, and security controls into pipelines.
• Integrate GitHub Advanced Security, including secret scanning, dependency review, and code scanning.
• Implement versioning controls and traceability for artifacts and images.
• Avoid the use of SNAPSHOT artifacts and mutable tags in controlled environments.
• Integrate artifact repositories, container registries, and deployment platforms.
• Implement or maintain Release Gates and automated evidence generation.
• Work with Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, and deployment configurations when applicable.
• Investigate and resolve errors in pipelines, builds, tests, and deployments.
• Optimize the duration, reliability, and maintainability of pipelines.
• Create reference repositories, technical documentation, and onboarding guides.
• Support teams during the adoption of Golden Paths.
• Apply versioning, support, and deprecation procedures to shared components.
• Participate in technical reviews, exception resolution, and continuous improvement.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or DevSecOps.

• GitHub, GitHub Actions: Pipeline design, automation, and security.
• Kubernetes, observability, and monitoring: preferably Dynatrace.
• Terraform, AWS, and AI.
• Cloud

• Investigar y resolver errores de pipelines, builds, tests y despliegues.
• Optimizar la duración, fiabilidad y mantenibilidad de los pipelines.
• Crear reference repositories, documentación técnica y guías de onboarding.
• Acompañar a los equipos durante la adopción de Golden Paths.
• Aplicar versionado, soporte y procedimientos de deprecación a los componentes compartidos.
• Participar en revisiones técnicas, resolución de excepciones y mejora continua.

Al menos 5 años de experiencia práctica en DevOps, CI/CD o DevSecOps

• Github, Github Actions: Diseño de Pipelines, Automatización y Seguridad.
• Kubernetes, observabilidad y monitorización: preferiblemente Dynatrace.
