About the role

As a Teams Rooms Specialist, you will be part of a team specialized in digital collaboration solutions and modern workspaces. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of meeting rooms and associated audiovisual technologies, contributing to delivering an efficient and high-quality user experience.

In your day-to-day:

What you'll do

  • Administer and provide support for Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions.
  • Manage video conferencing and collaboration environments.
  • Resolve issues related to audio, video, and connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain room devices.
  • Participate in deployments and technological improvements.
  • Coordinate activities with technical teams and vendors.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of solutions.
