What you'll do

Reporting to the Hiring Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Logistics Process Analysis and Modeling: Map and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) logistics processes using BPMN notation. Perform gap analysis (gap analysis) to identify bottlenecks, pain points, task duplication, and waste reduction opportunities using Lean principles. Design optimal workflows to reduce cycle times and improve operational accuracy (e.g., picking, packing, route planning).

Identify and evaluate automation opportunities (RPA) for repetitive tasks. Lead change management, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training warehouse and transportation teams.

Perform regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.
