YOUR ROLE
Our Contract Logistics team has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the development of implementation projects from a functional or technical perspective.
This critical role will have you managing the implementation of new customers, the relocation of operations, the construction of facilities, the optimization of existing operations, or strategic internal projects, following CEVA's Project Management Methodology.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage or supervise the development and alignment of implementation projects at global, regional, and national levels, including communications, reporting, and the working group agenda at the management group level, as well as coordinating client meetings to report on project progress.
Establish and ensure communication with the client to agree upon and document the project scope, its modifications, and evaluate and resolve any implications regarding timelines, resources, risks, operations, or budget.
Manage the project according to agreed budgets, covering implementation, capital investments, and operational management. Define, report on, and resolve all budget issues until they are settled.
Support the business development department in tracking opportunities and act in accordance with company guidelines to enhance and protect the company's image and its management. Manage the effective sale of the business through detailed and accurate project forecasting, planning, and execution using written documents and internal/client presentations.
Manage client expectations, facilitate communication, and ensure compliance with their requirements while respecting financial aspects, and establish critical performance metrics; communicate project progress, issues, and escalations, and facilitate resolutions when necessary.
Examine and implement best practices to optimize the application of project deliverables and solutions, such as milestones, approaches, delivery, feedback, and measurement. Collect, document, and control project-related risks and issues, and implement mitigations and effective actions to minimize the potential impact of these risks.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of staff and resources to meet client commitments and achieve the highest quality standards; interact with and assist in resolving needs or concerns.
Collaborate with involved departments (Procurement, Finance, IT, HSQE,...) and ensure effective communication.
Implement corporate tools and systems, ensure compliance with CEVA policies regarding the use of corporate systems and applications, and ensure staff are trained and committed to their use.
Manage the implementation and interpretation of policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations; receive legal advice and interpretation when necessary.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application, you should have:
Education and Experience:
A degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration; a Master's degree or MBA related to PMO will be valued.
More than 5 years of experience in similar roles within logistics operators or operational consulting.
Fluent English.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrable experience in project implementation within logistics operators.
Experience in financial and resource management (P&L, balance sheet, forecasts, budgets, allocations).
Leadership of teams and personnel, both formal and informal.
Competencies / Soft Skills:
Analytical and systemic thinking to understand logistical interdependencies.
Effective communication skills at all levels, from management to operational staff.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and time management.
