Project Management Internship - Logistics Sector

We are looking to bring on an intern who wants to develop professionally and has the drive to keep learning within the logistics sector, with the goal of supporting the improvement and deployment of Project Management methodologies, tools, and systems from a functional or technical perspective.

Among the duties you will support are the following:

• Supporting the management and alignment of business implementation projects at the country level, including project communications, reports, work group agendas for all stakeholders, and coordinating meetings to report on project progress.
• Documenting the project scope, changes to that scope, and evaluating and resolving any impact related to deadlines, resources, operations, or budget.
• Managing the project in accordance with approved budgets, covering implementation, capital investments, and ongoing operations. Defining, reporting on, and resolving all budgetary matters through to project closure.
• Supporting the Business Development (BD) department in tracking opportunities
• Analyzing and implementing best practices to improve the application of project deliverables and solutions.
• Collecting, documenting, and controlling project risks and incidents, implementing effective mitigation actions and plans to minimize their potential impact.

• Student of Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management. It will be essential to be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your educational institution.
• A high level of English is valued.
• A driving license and own vehicle are essential.
• IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are important.
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and analytical skills.

Estamos buscando incorporar un/a estudiante en prácticas que quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente y que tenga la inquietud de seguir aprendiendo dentro del sector logístico teniendo como objetivo, apoyar la mejora y el despliegue de la metodología, herramientas y sistemas de Gestión de Proyectos desde una perspectiva funcional o técnica.

Entre las funciones a desempeñar en las que darás apoyo se encuentran las siguientes:

• Dar apoyo en la gestión y la alineación de proyectos de implantación de negocio a nivel país, incluyendo las comunicaciones del proyecto, informes, agendas de grupos de trabajo para todas las partes interesadas y la coordinación de reuniones para informar sobre el avance de los proyectos.
• Documentar el alcance del proyecto, los cambios en dicho alcance y evaluar y resolver cualquier impacto relacionado con plazos, recursos, operaciones o presupuesto del proyecto.
• Gestionar el proyecto de acuerdo con los presupuestos aprobados, abarcando la implantación, las inversiones de capital y la operación en curso. Definir, informar y resolver todas las cuestiones presupuestarias hasta su cierre.
• Apoyar al departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio (BD) en el seguimiento de oportunidades
• Analizar e implantar mejores prácticas para mejorar la aplicación de los entregables y soluciones de los proyectos.
• Recopilar, documentar y controlar los riesgos e incidencias asociados al proyecto, implementando acciones y planes de mitigación eficaces para minimizar su impacto potencial.

• Estudiante de Ingeniería, Supply Chain y/o Project Managemente. Será imprescindible poder realizar convenio de colaboración con el centro de estudios.
• Valorable nivel alto de inglés
• Imprescindible disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio
• Importante poseer conocimientos informáticos y dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook)
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, organización y análisis.
