What you'll do

Are you passionate about Logistics and would you like to start your professional career in the sector? If so, this is your opportunity. We are looking to bring on an intern who wants to develop professionally and has the drive to keep learning within the logistics sector, with the goal of supporting the improvement and deployment of Project Management methodologies, tools, and systems from a functional or technical perspective.

Among the duties you will support are the following:

  • Supporting the management and alignment of business implementation projects at the country level, including project communications, reports, work group agendas for all stakeholders, and coordinating meetings to report on project progress.
  • Documenting the project scope, changes to that scope, and evaluating and resolving any impact related to deadlines, resources, operations, or budget.
  • Managing the project in accordance with approved budgets, covering implementation, capital investments, and ongoing operations. Defining, reporting on, and resolving all budgetary matters through to project closure.
  • Supporting the Business Development (BD) department in tracking opportunities
  • Analyzing and implementing best practices to improve the application of project deliverables and solutions.
  • Collecting, documenting, and controlling project risks and incidents, implementing effective mitigation actions and plans to minimize their potential impact.

What we're looking for

  • Student of Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management. It will be essential to be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your educational institution.
  • A high level of English is valued.
  • A driving license and own vehicle are essential.
  • IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are important.
  • Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and analytical skills.
