  • Collaborate on logistics management: contacting and following up with suppliers, managing permits, transportation, catering, talent, and resources needed for each production.

  • Actively participate with the creative team in proposing and preparing styling, set design, and props, ensuring the brand's visual consistency.

  • Help with inventory and materials control, such as products, samples, and production resources.

  • Coordinate with the creative and product teams to ensure the availability and management of garments, styling pieces, art direction elements, and other creative needs.

  • Take primary responsibility for operational tasks in all production phases: preparing boxes during pre-production, organizing and preparing garments and materials during photo shoots, ensuring proper product presentation on camera, and optimizing shooting schedules from styling planning.

  • Collaborate on calendar and deadline management, helping projects run efficiently and in an organized manner.

  • Participate in problem-solving and contribute ideas that help balance creativity and feasibility.
