At Cold Culture we continue to grow and we are looking to bring on a junior Logistics & Operations Specialist to join the Operations team and provide support in managing our imports and international logistics processes.

We are looking for an organized, analytical person who is eager to learn and wants to grow professionally within the operations department of a fashion brand in full international expansion.

You will work closely with the Operations team, taking part in coordinating the logistics of our collections and collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient operations.

What you'll do

  • Provide support in managing and tracking the logistics of all collections.

  • Coordinate and track international imports.

  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics operators.

  • Manage sea, air, and land shipments.

  • Review and validate customs and logistics documentation.

  • Track shipments, warehouse goods receipts, and operational incidents.
