COLD is not just streetwear. It's attitude. It's culture. It's revolution.
We were born on the streets, we create from raw creativity, and we move with our own style.
Every garment speaks for itself: no fear, no filters, no asking for permission. Our vision is worldwide: we don't fit in, we break the mold.
We are looking for a PR Team Lead to lead COLD's PR and public relations strategy, build relevant connections, and turn culture, relationships, and opportunities into real visibility for the brand.
We are looking for someone with strong judgment, strategic vision, and a solid network within fashion, streetwear, music, art, entertainment, and urban culture. Someone who knows the ecosystem from the inside, knows how to open doors, and has the ability to build relationships with artists, singers, creators, stylists, media, celebrities, and other relevant profiles for COLD.
The role will have a strategic and executive component, leading the PR strategy, identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities, developing long-term relationships, and coordinating events, activations, and special initiatives that help position COLD as a cultural brand, not just a fashion brand.
Define and lead the PR and communications strategy for COLD, aligned with the brand's global positioning and objectives.
Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with media, journalists, stylists, artists, singers, musicians, content creators, influencers, celebrities, and other relevant profiles for COLD.
Identify and generate new opportunities for visibility, partnerships, and collaborations within the worlds of fashion, streetwear, music, art, and urban culture.
Create and develop opportunities for collaboration with artists, musicians, creatives, brands, and talent that make sense for COLD.
Lead the strategy for seeding, gifting, and product placement, ensuring the product reaches the right profiles.
Design and coordinate events, launches, presentations, parties, activations, and brand experiences.
Create and maintain a relevant network of contacts nationally and internationally.
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Marketing, Social Media, and Brand teams to develop integrated initiatives.
Identify cultural moments, trends, events, and conversations where COLD can play a relevant role.
Spot new faces, talent, and emerging profiles that could become brand allies.
Manage agencies, freelancers, collaborators, and other external partners when necessary.
Track coverage, mentions, collaborations, and results of PR initiatives.
Prepare reports and impact analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Represent COLD at events, meetings, presentations, and industry-relevant gatherings.
Become a key figure within the brand's cultural ecosystem and open new doors for COLD.
Charismatic, sociable, and naturally skilled at building relationships.
Have a real contact list and know how to use it to generate opportunities.
Don't wait for opportunities to come—create them.
Have strategic vision, but also the ability to execute and make things happen.
Understand that PR is not just about getting press coverage, but about creating cultural relevance for the brand.
Have the judgment to know which people, projects, and collaborations fit COLD.
Be autonomous, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
Have a genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, music, artists, and contemporary culture.
Have an international mindset and want to help take COLD to a worldwide stage.
We are not simply looking for someone to do PR. We are looking for someone who knows the culture, has access to it, and can turn that access into opportunities for COLD.
