We are looking for a SALES MANAGER for our store in SALT.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Optimizing merchandising and commercial activity to improve the customer experience.
* Managing the quantity and quality of in-store stock, ensuring compliance with established budgets.
* Leading, motivating, and training your sales team, ensuring a positive work environment.
* Ensuring the best customer service by listening to their needs and adapting to them.

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a JEFE/A VENTAS DE COMERCIO para nuestra tienda de SALT

Como Jefe/a de Ventas, serás responsable de:

* Optimizar el merchandising y la actividad comercial para mejorar la experiencia del cliente .
* Controlar la cantidad y calidad de los stocks en tienda, garantizando cumplir con los presupuestos establecidos .
* Dirigir, motivar y formar a tu equipo de vendedores, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo positivo .
* Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente, escuchando sus necesidades y adaptándote a ellas .
