Microservices and Containers Architect

• Design microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and high performance.
• Define architectural patterns, technical guidelines, development standards, and high-level documentation.
• Lead the design and implementation of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ECS/EKS/AKS/GKE, etc.).
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to create and improve CI/CD pipelines, standardizing deployments and automations.
• Participate in the evolution of existing architectures, driving improvements in observability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead transformation processes toward cloud-native architectures and the modernization of monolithic applications.
• Manage and version Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, or others as appropriate.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents, architecture reviews, and technical audits.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and best practices related to containers, orchestration, and integration platforms.

• More than 6 years of experience in software architecture design and implementation, with a focus on microservices and containers.
• Solid experience with orchestrators such as Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE or on-prem), OpenShift, or other cloud-native environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Docker containers and the CNCF ecosystem.
• Experience in designing distributed solutions: messaging, API management, service mesh, scaling, and observability.
• Experience with IaC: Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton...).
• Familiarity with modern integration patterns (event-driven, pub/sub, streaming...).
• Solid knowledge of networking, security, and identity management in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Language: Spanish.

• Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS), DevOps, or Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with service meshes such as Istio, Linkerd, or Consul.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in technology consulting, technical audits, or team leadership.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.

• Diseñar arquitecturas basadas en microservicios, garantizando escalabilidad, resiliencia, seguridad y alto rendimiento.

• Liderar procesos de transformación hacia arquitecturas cloud-native y modernización de aplicaciones monolíticas.
• Gestionar y versionar Infraestructura como Código (IaC) mediante herramientas como Terraform, Helm, Kustomize u otras según la plataforma.
• Ofrecer soporte técnico avanzado en incidentes complejos, revisiones de arquitectura y auditorías técnicas.
• Evaluar tecnologías, herramientas y buenas prácticas relacionadas con contenedores, orquestación y plataformas de integración.

• Más de 6 años de experiencia en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas software, con foco en microservicios y contenedores.
• Experiencia sólida con orquestadores como Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE u on‑prem), OpenShift u otros entornos cloud‑native.
• Conocimientos avanzados de contenedores Docker y ecosistemas CNCF.
• Experiencia en diseño de soluciones distribuidas: mensajería, API management, service mesh, escalado y observabilidad.
• Experiencia con IaC: Terraform, Helm, Kustomize o equivalentes.
• Conocimientos de pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton...).
• Familiaridad con patrones de integración modernos (event-driven, pub/sub, streaming...).
• Conocimientos sólidos de redes, seguridad y gestión de identidades en entornos cloud o híbridos.
• Idioma: español.

• Certificaciones en Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS), DevOps o Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experiencia con service meshes como Istio, Linkerd o Consul.
• Conocimientos de observabilidad y monitorización: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry.
• Experiencia en arquitecturas serverless o event‑driven.
• Experiencia en consultoría tecnológica, auditorías técnicas o liderazgo de equipos.
• Nivel de inglés escrito y hablado.
