In Technology & Transformation we are looking for people to join our ESG Technology area. We specialize in providing companies with a strategic and tactical vision of the technological landscape around the world of sustainability that supports organizations in taking a step back and developing a digitalization strategy around their information and sustainability management, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, proper monitoring, and efficiency in their operations.

Our approach is based on the following key pillars:

• Conceptualization of ESG technology: We help our clients reflect on the scope and characteristics, as well as their aspirations, related to their ESG technological ecosystem.
• ESG technological benchmarking: We support companies in selecting, based on data, requirements, objective and weighted criteria, the most suitable technology to cover their present and future needs.
• Digitalization of sustainability reporting: We provide technological solutions that allow companies to automate the management of non-financial reporting from start to finish, from data collection to report construction.
• Architecture and integration of the ESG technological ecosystem: We integrate reporting, climate, nature, traceability, and value chain tools with existing corporate systems (ERP, EPM, data lakes, etc.), ensuring end-to-end data consistency.
• ESG data models and information governance: We define data models, taxonomies, and governance structures to ensure the quality, traceability, and control of non-financial information.
• Digitalization of the value chain for ESG traceability: We enable technological solutions to measure impact, perform digital due diligence, manage third-party data, and traceability (EUDR, CBAM, DPP).

ESG Tech works hand in hand with our clients to ensure that the digitalization of their ESG challenge, using the best technologies on the market. With an approach based on innovation and data integration, we help organizations transform their ESG technological landscape ensuring their market positioning and preparing them to face future challenges.

• You will be the direct link with the client, leading project management and responding to demand in real time.
• You will contribute to the design of technological solutions, as well as to the planning and sizing of projects oriented to the risk management of our clients.
• You will manage budgets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs.
• You will be responsible for the leadership and monitoring of work teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and the design of personalized career plans.

• • Have more than 6 years of experience in technology projects related to ESG, preferably in consulting environments, with technologies such as Workiva, Watershed, SAP ESG, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, CredibleESG, or Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
  • Skills in problem-solving, proactivity, and proposing alternatives.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and teams clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is highly valued, as we collaborate with international clients and suppliers.

Nuestro enfoque se basa en los siguientes pilares clave:

• Conceptualización de la tecnología ESG: Ayudamos a nuestros clientes a reflexionar sobre el alcance y las características, así como su aspiracional, relativos a su ecosistema tecnológico alrededor de ESG.
• Benchmarking tecnológico ESG: Apoyamos a las empresas a seleccionar, basado en datos, requerimientos, criterios objetivos y ponderados; la tecnología más adecuada para cubrir sus necesidades presentes y futuras.
• Digitalización del reporting de sostenibilidad: Aportamos soluciones tecnológicas que permitan a las compañías automatizar la gestión del reporting no financiero de principio a fin, desde la recopilación de datos hasta la construcción del informe.
• Arquitectura e integración del ecosistema tecnológico ESG: Integramos herramientas de reporting, clima, naturaleza, trazabilidad y cadena de valor con los sistemas corporativos existentes (ERP, EPM, data lakes, etc.), asegurando consistencia de datos end‑to‑end.
• Modelos de datos ESG y gobierno de la información: Definimos modelos de datos, taxonomías y estructuras de gobierno para asegurar calidad, trazabilidad y control de la información no financiera.
• Digitalización de la cadena de valor para trazabilidad ESG: Habilitamos soluciones tecnológicas para medir impacto, realizar due-diligence digital, gestionar datos de terceros y trazabilidad (EUDR, CBAM, DPP).

• Contribuirás al diseño de soluciones tecnológicas, así como a la planificación y dimensionamiento de proyectos orientados a la gestión de riesgos de nuestros clientes.
• Gestionarás presupuestos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y costos.
• Serás responsable del liderazgo y seguimiento de los equipos de trabajo, fomentando su desarrollo profesional mediante formación, mentoría y el diseño de planes de carrera personalizados.

  • Habilidades para la resolución de problemas, proactividad y propuesta de alternativas.
  • Capacidad demostrada en la gestión de equipos, coordinación de tareas, seguimiento de hitos y evaluación del desempeño.
  • Excelentes dotes de interlocución y capacidad para interactuar con clientes y equipos de manera clara y efectiva.
  • Valoramos positivamente el dominio del inglés, ya que colaboramos con clientes y proveedores internacionales.
