• Advise clients on corporate international tax matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Analyze global tax structures and provide efficient solutions in tax planning and compliance (e.g., reorganization operations, business model transformations, spin-offs, intangible restructuring, etc.).
• Conduct analyses and recommendations on cross-border investment structures (tax structurings, permanent establishments, etc.).
• Advise clients with an international component on their recurring Spanish tax obligations.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and develop tax strategies adapted to new regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects working as a team with other departments (consulting, corporate finance, financial advisory, legal, etc.) to provide tax advice and achieve common goals.

• Asesorar a clientes en temas de fiscalidad internacional corporativa, garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales.
• Analizar estructuras fiscales globales y proporcionar soluciones eficientes en planificación fiscal y cumplimiento (e.g., operaciones de reorganización, transformación de modelos de negocios, spin-offs, reestructuración de intangibles etc.)
• Realizar análisis y recomendaciones sobre estructuras de inversión transfronterizas (tax structurings, establecimientos permanentes etc.)
• Asesorar a clientes con componente internacional en sus obligaciones fiscales españolas recurrentes.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios legislativos y desarrollar estrategias fiscales adaptadas a nuevas regulaciones.
• Participar en proyectos multidisciplinares trabajando en equipo con otros departamentos (consultoría, corporate finance, financial advisory, legal etc.) para ofrecer asesoramiento fiscal y lograr objetivos comunes.
