The role
At Marlex Healthcare we collaborate with a renowned private hospital in the Balearic Islands that is looking to strengthen its care team by adding nurses for the ICU department.
How you'll work
- Rotating shifts.
What profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the ICU.
- Experience in comprehensive care of critical patients, medication and treatment administration, monitoring, and application of nursing techniques.
- Knowledge in assessing and monitoring the patient's clinical condition, responding to emergencies, and managing unstable patients.
- Experience in assessment, monitoring, and care of critical patients, as well as action in situations of clinical deterioration.
- Previous experience in ICU, Resuscitation, Emergency, or critical care units will be valued.
- Professionals with a caring vocation, responsiveness, teamwork, organization, and a focus on quality care.
