Joining this department will allow you to work on dynamic, high-impact projects, exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading commercial activity and business development around Artificial Intelligence projects aimed at clients in the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSCH) sector. In addition, you will lead a team of analysts in the execution of these projects, overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.

• Proven experience in the Pharma sector, with an understanding of its ecosystem, pharmaceutical lifecycles, and company types.
• Leading business transformations driven by the impact of AI and advanced data.
• Maintaining a solid business narrative tailored to C-level audiences.
• Commercial activity focused on activating Analytics and AI projects in the LSCH sector.
• Creating and presenting reports and visualizations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Collaborating with managers, data scientists, analysts, and engineers on project execution.
• Staying up to date on trends, technologies, and industry best practices related to AI, data, and the LSCH sector.
• Demonstrable experience in business transformations or related services.

• Bachelor's degree or dual bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or related fields.
• Degree in a relevant business domain and a track record aligned with AI or Data projects.
• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in business (MBA) or related areas.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics projects or AI, preferably in the LSCH sector.
• Experience in commercial activity linked to analytics projects in the LSCH sector.
• Ability to lead teams and successfully deliver complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Desirable knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward their goals.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of AI, data, and the LSCH sector.
• Experience in creating or developing a startup in the sector is a plus.
• Ability to lead international projects.
• English level C1 (advanced).

Además, liderarás un equipo de analistas para la ejecución de dichos proyectos, supervisando la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de resultados.

• Experiencia contrastada en el sector Farma, entendiendo su ecosistema, los ciclos de vida de las farmacéuticas y la tipología de compañías.
• Liderar transformaciones empresariales impulsadas por el impacto de la IA y el data avanzado.
• Mantener un discurso de negocio sólido y adaptado a interlocutores de nivel CxO.
• Actividad comercial orientada a la activación de proyectos de Analítica e IA en el sector LSCH.
• Crear y presentar informes y visualizaciones que comuniquen información compleja de forma clara y eficaz.
• Colaborar con managers, data scientists, analistas e ingenieros en la ejecución de los proyectos.
• Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, tecnologías y buenas prácticas de la industria relacionadas con IA, data y el sector LSCH.
• Experiencia demostrable en transformaciones empresariales o servicios relacionados.
