From our Artificial Intelligence (AI) team, we are looking for professionals who want to join the new challenges that technology presents and the way we interact with the world. From this department, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects; exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients.

• Experience with vector databases.
• Development of voice and omnichannel conversational assistants (voice / text).
• Integration with STT / TTS technologies and NLU engines.
• Design of voice conversational flows (turns, interruptions, errors, fallback to human agent).
• Integration with contact center, telephony, CRM, and customer service systems.
• Sensitivity to conversational UX in a banking context.
• Knowledge of AI security, compliance, and governance (traceability, human oversight, observability).
