About the role

At DIGI, we need to bring on board a People Analytics professional who will carry out the following functions:

  • Maintenance and creation of reports and dashboards, including periodic reports and new developments based on requirements or on our own initiative.   • Preparation of periodic reports for the different areas.
  • Data collection and management: Identify, collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Application of statistical and analytical techniques to explore people data, identifying patterns, correlations, or trends.
  • Development and maintenance of KPIs, defining, calculating, and monitoring them.
  • Creation and maintenance of the department's dashboards.
  • Collaboration with the different areas within HR to address their needs and, as far as possible, anticipate them, providing effective and efficient solutions.
  • Automation of existing processes in the department to improve efficiency.
  • Ensuring data privacy.
