About the role

At DIGI we need to bring on board a Talent Management Consultant profile with the following responsibilities and functions:

What you'll do

Talent management:

-Point of reference for local staff inquiries.

-Management of the staff Performance Evaluation processes: -Parameterization and management of the performance evaluation tool.

-Conducting exit interviews for the organization.

Support to the Team Lead in:

-Identifying the training needs of their area of influence.

-Preparation and reporting of monthly reports on staff turnover causes.

-Management of sign-ups with the middle management of the staff in their area of influence.

-Management of improvement plans for the different areas of the company for the staff in their area of influence.

Labor management:

-Responsible for updating and managing changes and/or modifications in the employee portal.

-Régimen sancionador: Interlocutor e intermediación entre managers y área legal para la correcta aplicación del régimen sancionador de la compañía. Control de la documentación tramitada y supervisión de su correcto envío a la central.
