Technical Lead Cloud

• Develop and maintain project planning for infrastructure and cloud (schedule, milestones, dependencies).
• Manage commitments and deliverables, reporting on milestone status and indicator calculations.
• Monitor and control the budget as planned and executed versus approved and assigned.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and coordinate the execution of project activities.
• Identify changes, issues, and incidents that may affect the project, proposing action plans and solutions.
• Monitor and manage project risks, defining preventive and corrective measures.
• Create and maintain management documentation in accordance with corporate methodology.
• Record and update information in the Corporate PPM tool within established deadlines.
• Review technical and contractual documentation from vendors involved in projects.
• Organize, document, and lead follow-up meetings.
• Prepare documentation for committees (Project Manager, Strategic Planning, Corporate PMO).
• Manage the procurement of hardware, software, or services related to projects (ET, ITEO, or others).
• Participate, in more senior profiles, in the productization of new products and platforms.

At DXC Spain, we are looking for an IT Project Manager / TPM to join our great PMO team and participate in a major project in the energy sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Project Manager, TPM, or in PMO, on infrastructure and/or cloud projects.
• Solid foundation in on-premise technology: servers, databases, application servers, and client-server models.
• General knowledge of architectures and cloud environments.
• Experience in team management, financial management, and overall service management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and corporate PPM tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer orientation skills.
• Also valuable but not required: knowledge of Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code management (Terraform), databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), Microsoft.NET technologies in cloud environments, and classic IaaS/on-premise (Active Directory).

• Elaborar y mantener la planificación de proyectos de infraestructura y cloud (cronograma, hitos, dependencias).
• Gestionar compromisos y entregables, informando sobre el estado de los hitos y el cálculo de indicadores.
• Monitorizar y controlar el presupuesto planificado y ejecutado frente al aprobado y asignado.
• Gestionar la comunicación con las partes interesadas y coordinar la ejecución de actividades del proyecto.
• Identificar cambios, problemas y eventualidades que puedan afectar al proyecto, proponiendo planes de acción y soluciones.
• Gestionar y monitorizar los riesgos del proyecto, definiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas.
• Crear y mantener actualizada la documentación de gestión conforme a metodología corporativa.
• Registrar y actualizar la información en la herramienta PPM Corporativa dentro de los plazos establecidos.
• Revisar la documentación técnica y contractual de los proveedores involucrados en los proyectos.
• Organizar, documentar y liderar reuniones de seguimiento.
• Preparar documentación para comités (Gestor de Proyectos, Planificación Estratégica, PMS Corporativo).
• Gestionar la adquisición de hardware, software o servicios relacionados con los proyectos (ET, ITEO u otros).
• Participar, en perfiles más senior, en la productivización de nuevos productos y plataformas.

En DXC España estamos buscando un/a IT Project Manager / TPM para unirse a nuestro gran equipo de PMO y participar en un importante proyecto del sector energético.

Requisitos:

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como IT Project Manager, TPM o en PMO, en proyectos de infraestructura y/o cloud.
• Base sólida en tecnología on-premise: servidores, bases de datos, servidores de aplicaciones y modelo cliente-servidor.
• Conocimientos generales en arquitecturas y entornos cloud.
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos, gestión económica y gestión integral de servicios.
• Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y herramientas PPM corporativas.
• Alta capacidad de comunicación, organización y orientación al cliente.
• También serán valorables pero no imprescindibles conocimientos en Kubernetes, gestión de infraestructura como código (Terraform), BBDDs (Oracle, PostgreSQL), tecnologías Microsoft.NET en entornos cloud y clásicas de IaaS/on-premise (Active directory).
