At DXC Spain, we are looking for a UX Designer to join our great AdvisoryX. team. 

What you'll do

Duties: 

  • Design attractive and functional user interfaces.

    Use design systems and collaborate on component evolutions.

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

  • Analyze research results and translate them into effective design solutions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the implementation of designs.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.

  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI design, usability principles, design systems, and advanced knowledge of tools such as Figma. Additionally, they must have solid experience in user research to create intuitive experiences.


Requirements: 

  • Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

  • Knowledge of design systems and atomic design.

  • Experience in user research and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of accessibility.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines.

  • Initiative to identify problems and propose improvements by anticipating user needs.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Minimum English B2/C1 (meetings and documentation).

  • On-site availability in Madrid / Barcelona  (hybrid model with physical presence when required).
