At DXC Spain we are looking for a Linux Team Lead to join our great team and participate in an important project in the banking sector. We are looking for extensive experience in on-premises environments to lead and manage a team of more than 10 people. The candidate will be responsible for the stability, monitoring, and evolution of the infrastructure, mainly based on RHEL. We need a leader capable of defining technical standards and ensuring the operational continuity of critical services.

• Team leadership, direct team management, technical definition, KPIs, work organization, schedules, shifts
• Technical management, ensuring compliance with standards, automation, patching, documentation, hardening, etc.
• Critical infrastructure management, supervision of operations, client infrastructure
• Automation strategy, driving the use of tools for massive configuration management and deployments
• Reporting progress to their immediate supervisor and coordinating projects and tasks with other areas/departments

• RHEL experience will be positively valued, as will RHCE or RHCA certification. +5 years of experience
• Automation knowledge in Ansible (Ansible Tower)

En DXC España estamos buscando un Team Lead de Linux para unirse a nuestro gran equipo y participar en un importante proyecto del sector bancario. Buscamos amplia experiencia en entornos On-premise para liderar y gestionar un equipo de más de 10 personas. El candidato será el responsable de la estabilidad, seguimiento y evolución de la Infraestructura basada principalmente en RHEL. Necesitamos un líder capaz de definir estándares técnicos y asegurar la continuidad operativa de servicios críticos.

• Liderazgo de equipo gestión directa del equipo técnico, definición de KPIs, organización del trabajo, calendarios, turnos
• Gestión tecnológica asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, automatización, parcheos, documentación, hardering etc etc
• Gestión de infraestructura crítica supervisión de la operación de la infraestructura crítica del cliente
• Estrategia de automatización impulsar el uso de herramientas para la gestión masiva de configuraciones y despliegues
• Stakeholders reportar avances a su supervisor inmediato y coordinar con otras áreas y/o departamentos los proyectos y/o tareas
