What you'll do

Define and implement the SEO/SEM and ASO strategy, acting as a link between the web business and media, translating internal business priorities and traffic generation needs to the different sites and ensuring constant optimization of the investment.

Main duties and requirements.

-SEO: Review of content and information architecture. Technical assistance for redirects, error pages, JavaScript, etc. Keyword analysis in search engines (Google | Bing), rankings monitoring, and impact analysis of Core Web Vitals and Web Performance Optimization.

- SEM: Optimize and distribute the budget across the different merchandise categories, performance channels, and fiscal year months. Analyze and optimize paid strategies to achieve the set goals within the budget. Generate quality traffic and maximize ROAS. Manage Paid Media on Google, Meta, TikTok, etc. Work closely with media teams, internal agency/suppliers, and business teams to align strategies and maximize campaign results. Track and report ROAS and other performance KPIs, identifying continuous improvement proposals with the involved teams. Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize investments.

- ASO: On-metadata optimization and key elements such as app name, short description, or promotional text. Off-metadata optimization focused on boosting install volume and velocity, managing ratings and reviews, backlinks, and engagement. Keyword analysis on Google Play and the App Store. Improvement of the app listing's visual elements: icon, screenshots, featured image, and promotional video. Impact analysis of Android Vitals.

Requirements

- Final-year students of a University Degree or Master's in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, Business Administration and Management, Digital Communications and Media, Economics, or related fields.

- Possibility of completing a minimum of 30 hours per week.
