This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through insight-led, personalized marketing initiatives.

This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders including account teams, sales managers, and partner organizations.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and execute ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) aligned with area and global frameworks that drive measurable business impact

• Develop customer value propositions and orchestrate executive engagement programs that deepen relationships within target accounts

• Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization

• Collaborate with demand generation and partner marketing teams to ensure ABM programs integrate with broader go-to-market efforts

• Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches

• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices

• Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact

• Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

A day in the life

Every day starts with the customer. You'll review account intelligence and buying signals, partner with account teams to align on priorities, and coordinate joint engagements with Demand Generation team and Partner Marketing. You'll be hands-on - building precision events, launching multi-channel campaigns, crafting personalized content, and orchestrating executive engagement programs. You'll analyze performance data to optimize and scale what works, share best practices with the broader ABM community, and collaborate across teams to support customers and shared demand drivers across your region.
