We are looking for a person to join the legal-technical area related to Tenders, where they will participate in the management and review of public and private contracting processes. Their mission will be to contribute to the legal security of contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing operational support to the area. Additionally, they will collaborate with different internal teams and with the Legal Advisory department to ensure proper contractual and document management, bringing rigor, organization, and efficiency to the processes.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

• Review and propose modifications to private contracts under the supervision of the Legal Advisory department.

• Provide support in data protection matters applied to contracting processes under the supervision of DCI and Legal Advisory.

• Collaborate in the management and monitoring of minor contracts.

• Maintain and update the digital platforms of the area.

• Review contracts associated with public and private sector tenders and bidding processes, and occasionally public sector ones.

• Act as an operational liaison with the Legal Advisory department in monitoring contractual documentation.

• Manage and control the area's documentation to ensure its proper organization and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Degree in Law.

• Demonstrate knowledge of public and private contracting.

• Knowledge of data protection regulations and their application to contract management.

• Have knowledge of Commercial Law.

• Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus.
