Our professionals provide regulatory advisory services to a very wide range of clients, including credit institutions, payment institutions, investment services firms, collective investment undertakings, and their management companies... We regularly advise most of the top-tier banks in Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advisory services on the implementation of new regulations
• Assistance with the authorization procedures for the incorporation of regulated entities, as well as for the modification or extension of their activities
• Drafting and negotiation of banking contracts
• Resolution of disputes and issuance of legal opinions on banking and capital markets matters

We provide advisory services on conduct of business rules and best practices in the financial sector, as well as on the handling of complaints before client services departments and the supervisory authority in all matters related to market abuse, securities markets, and compensation and settlement systems.

We also have experience in advising on the acquisition, preparation for takeover, and merger, as well as on the restructuring, spin-off, dissolution, and liquidation of regulated entities, and, in particular, on restructuring and resolution processes for credit institutions and investment services firms.

Entre sus funciones destacan:

• El asesoramiento en la implementación de nuevas normativas
• Apoyo en los expedientes de constitución de entidades reguladas o de modificación o ampliación de sus actividades
• Redacción y negociación de contratos bancarios
• Resolucón de duas y emisión de opiniones legales sobre temas bancarios o de mercados de capitales

Asesoramos en materia de normas de conducta y buenas prácticas en el ambito financiero, en la contestacion de reclamaciones ante departamentos de atención al cliente y el organismo supervisor en todo tipo de cuestiones relacionadas con el abuso de mercado, los mercados de valores y la compensación y liquidación de valores.

También contamos con experiencia en el asesoramiento en la adquisición, tomas de preparación y fusión, así como en la reestructuracion, escision, disolución y liquidación de entidades reguladas, y, en particular, en los procesos de reestructuración y resolución de entidades de crédito y empresas de servicios de invesrsión.
