Perform repairs and adjustments using specialized tools.

Identify potential problems before they become significant failures.

Perform functional tests after repairs to ensure the correct performance of the machinery.

Verify and adjust systems according to manufacturer specifications.

Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

Document identified problems, applied solutions and parts used through SAT Mobile.

Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the transport of equipment to and from the workshop.

Provide technical advice to sales staff and customers as needed.

Ensure the order and cleanliness of the facilities.

Perform regular inspections of tools and work equipment to guarantee their safety and proper operation.

Actively participate in occupational safety training programs and use personal protective equipment appropriately.

Immediately report any risk situation or incident to the supervisor and contribute to the implementation of corrective measures.

Garantizar el mantenimiento, reparación y correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaria en el taller propio de GAM, contribuyendo a la disponibilidad y eficiencia de los equipos para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

Garantizar la fiabilidad, disponibilidad y rendimiento óptimo de la maquinaria a través de actividades programadas de mantenimiento preventivo y la resolución eficiente de fallas mecánicas y eléctricas correctivas.

Inspeccionar y realizar mantenimiento regular de los sistemas mecánicos, hidráulicos y eléctricos.

Diagnosticar y resolver problemas mediante pruebas y evaluaciones.

Realizar reparaciones y ajustes utilizando herramientas especializadas.

Identificar posibles problemas antes de que se conviertan en fallas significativas.

Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento después de las reparaciones para asegurar el correcto rendimiento de la maquinaria.

Verificar y ajustar sistemas según las especificaciones del fabricante.

Mantener registros precisos de todas las reparaciones y mantenimientos realizados.

Documentar los problemas identificados, las soluciones aplicadas y las piezas utilizadas a través del SAT Mobile.

Colaborar con el equipo de logística para coordinar el transporte de equipos hacia y desde el taller.
