Energy Workshop Manager

Functions:

• Diagnosis and resolution of complex faults in generator sets.
• Technical support for workshops and field technicians.
• Analysis of recurring incidents and definition of corrective actions.
• Development of technical procedures and work standards.
• Supervision of high-economic-impact repairs.
• Inspection of temporary energy installations.
• Sizing of generator sets.
• Validation of synchronisation and parallel operation.
• Supervision of special assemblies.
• Monitoring of the technical condition of the fleet.
• Management of technical campaigns and updates.
• Definition of preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitoring of equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Technical coordination with branches in Andalusia and Extremadura.
• Prioritisation of resources in the event of critical incidents.
• Support for highly complex interventions.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and occupational health and safety (PRL).
• Supervising safe work procedures.

Required experience:

• More than 4 years in temporary power generation or industrial generator sets.
• Experience in diagnosing complex faults.
• Experience with medium and high power installations.
• Coordination of technical teams.
• Diesel generator sets up to 2,000 KVA

Desired education:

• Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity or Electromechanics with extensive demonstrable experience.

• Soporte técnico a talleres y técnicos de campo.
• Análisis de incidencias recurrentes y definición de acciones correctivas.
• Elaboración de procedimientos técnicos y estándares de trabajo.
• Supervisión de reparaciones de alto impacto económico.
• Revisión de instalaciones temporales de energía.
• Dimensionamiento de grupos electrógenos.
• Validación de sincronismos y funcionamiento en paralelo.
• Supervisión de montajes especiales.
• Seguimiento del estado técnico de la flota.
• Control de campañas técnicas y actualizaciones.
• Definición de planes de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Seguimiento de disponibilidad y fiabilidad de equipos.
• Coordinación con fabricantes y proveedores.
• Coordinación técnica con delegaciones de Andalucía y Extremadura.
• Priorización de recursos ante incidencias críticas.
• Apoyo en intervenciones de alta complejidad.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativa eléctrica y PRL.
• Supervisar procedimientos de trabajo seguro.

Experiencia requerida:

• Más de 4 años en generación de energía temporal o grupos electrógenos industriales.
• Experiencia en diagnóstico de averías complejas.
• Experiencia en instalaciones de media y gran potencia.
• Coordinación de equipos técnicos.
• Grupos electrógenos diésel hasta 2.000 KVA

Formación deseada:

• Ingeniería Eléctrica/Mecánica/Industrial
• FP Superior Electricidad o Electromecánica con amplia experiencia demostrable.
