Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of machines, assigning each technician the corresponding machines according to the established schedule.

Ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out in a timely and efficient manner to minimize the risk of breakdowns and maximize the useful life of the machines.

Evaluate damage to machines caused by customer misuse or other reasons, and determine the services required to repair them.

Prepare detailed repair estimates, considering labor costs, spare parts, and other associated expenses with the assistance of workshop staff who will carry out the repair.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers when incidents or issues with equipment occur.

Handle customer calls, log reported incidents, and coordinate the necessary actions to resolve them quickly and effectively.

Maintenance and updating of detailed records of all work orders generated in the workshop through the SAP operating system.

Organization and filing of documentation related to work orders, including maintenance reports and repair records through SAP.

Monitor the availability and assignment of work teams, ensuring they are properly distributed to meet customer needs and scheduled tasks.

Identify areas for improvement in individual and collective team performance, providing constructive feedback and offering training and professional development opportunities.

Coordinate team logistics, including the assignment of vehicles and tools required to carry out work at customer sites.

Planificar y coordinar los mantenimientos preventivos de las máquinas, asignando a cada técnico las máquinas correspondientes de acuerdo con el programa establecido.

Garantizar que se realicen los mantenimientos preventivos de manera oportuna y eficiente para minimizar el riesgo de averías y maximizar la vida útil de las máquinas.

Evaluar los daños en las máquinas causados por mal uso por parte del cliente o por otras razones, y determinar los servicios necesarios para repararlas.

Preparar presupuestos detallados para las reparaciones, considerando los costos de mano de obra, repuestos y otros gastos asociados con la ayuda del personal de taller que realice dicha reparación.

Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes cuando ocurren incidencias o problemas con los equipos.

Atender las llamadas de los clientes, registrar las incidencias reportadas y coordinar las acciones necesarias para resolverlas de manera rápida y efectiva.

Mantenimiento y actualización de registros detallados de todas las órdenes de trabajo generadas en el taller a través del sistema operativo SAP.

Organización y archivo de la documentación relacionada con las OT's, incluyendo informes de mantenimiento y registros de reparaciones a través de SAP.

Realizar un seguimiento de la disponibilidad y asignación de los equipos de trabajo, asegurando que estén correctamente distribuidos para cubrir las necesidades de los clientes y las tareas programadas.

Identificar áreas de mejora en el desempeño individual y colectivo del equipo, proporcionando retroalimentación constructiva y ofreciendo oportunidades de capacitación y desarrollo profesional.

Coordinar la logística de los equipos, incluyendo la asignación de vehículos y herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo los trabajos en casa de cliente.
