Orenes Grupo, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure and entertainment sector, is looking for staff in Castilla la Mancha to fill the position of Gaming Hall Manager to support its Gaming Hall Division.

The main mission is to comprehensively manage the gaming rooms in its territorial area, complying with the approved budget, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and Orenes' management procedures and models to meet objectives and maximize profitability and the optimal operation of the rooms in the assigned territory.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include, among others:

- Meet the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation, and access controls to comply with the regulations and principles of responsible gaming of the company.

- Continuously review the cost, revenue, and optimization of the machine fleet to meet the EBITDA, BDI, and BAI budget for the area.

- Have qualified staff in each business unit, coordinating the workforce, supervising, and supporting their training to ensure the most efficient customer service.

- Supervise facilities and machine fleets, and maintain or modify them as appropriate, according to user preferences, to ensure maximum profitability in each business unit.

Requirements

Education:
