• Coordinate special transports, exceptional movements and complex logistics operations at national and international level.
• Follow up on operations until their correct completion.
• Coordinate transport providers to ensure compliance with deadlines, service quality and expected costs.
• Collaborate with the different areas of the company to ensure the correct execution of logistics movements.
• Manage the documentation required for the execution of national and international logistics operations.
• Verify the correct receipt, classification and preservation of operational documentation.
• Ensure the documentary traceability of the processes under your responsibility.
• Create and keep driver profiles updated in the Logistics App and other internal systems.
• Manage and process the legal and administrative documentation required for the circulation and operation of vehicles.
• Collaborate in internal and external audits related to the area.
• Control and record expenses associated with transport, ensuring compliance with budgets and the optimization of resources.
• Review and reconcile transport provider invoices.
• Prepare periodic reports on logistics and transport management, including performance indicators, incidents and improvement proposals.
• Maintain and update operational databases related to logistics and fleet.
• Manage the updating of parameters and configurations that impact corporate applications.
• Collaborate in digitalization and process automation initiatives.

• Coordinar transportes especiales, movimientos excepcionales y operaciones logísticas complejas a nivel nacional e internacional.
• Realizar el seguimiento de las operaciones hasta su correcta finalización.
• Coordinar proveedores de transporte para garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad de servicio y costes previstos.
• Colaborar con las distintas áreas de la compañía para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los movimientos logísticos.
• Gestionar la documentación necesaria para la ejecución de operaciones logísticas nacionales e internacionales.
• Verificar la correcta recepción, clasificación y conservación de la documentación operativa.
• Garantizar la trazabilidad documental de los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
• Crear y mantener actualizados los perfiles de chóferes en la App de Logística y otros sistemas internos.
• Gestionar y tramitar la documentación legal y administrativa necesaria para la circulación y operación de los vehículos.
• Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el área.
• Controlar y registrar los gastos asociados al transporte, asegurando el cumplimiento de los presupuestos y la optimización de los recursos.
• Revisar y conciliar facturas de proveedores de transporte.
• Elaborar informes periódicos sobre la gestión logística y de transporte, incluyendo indicadores de desempeño, incidencias y propuestas de mejora.
• Mantener y actualizar bases de datos operativas relacionadas con logística y flota.
• Gestionar la actualización de parámetros y configuraciones que impacten en las aplicaciones corporativas.
• Colaborar en iniciativas de digitalización y automatización de procesos.
