About the role

A person experienced in UX Service Design, with at least 5 years of experience in service design and user experience, capable of connecting business and user needs to define coherent, high-impact end-to-end experiences.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead workshops and alignment sessions.
  • Identify and design solutions and features that deliver value to different stakeholders.
  • Ensure the experience is intuitive, usable, and coherent.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product teams.

What we're looking for

We need you to be fluent in working with tools such as Salesforce, MarTech platforms, and sales enablement solutions, or alternatively, with complex internal environments.

  • Service design and strategic UX.
  • Designing journeys, blueprints, and processes.
  • Research and design, being able to demonstrate how research has guided design decisions and their outcomes.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations or regulated industries (finance, pharma, insurance, banking), where content, processes, and tools are highly interconnected.
  • Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc.).
  • Collaborative work with multidisciplinary and global teams.

Nice to have

  • Applying design thinking and service design in corporate environments.
  • Facilitating co-creation sessions and alignment with different areas.
  • Measuring and evaluating experiences through research and UX metrics.
  • Experience in defining data-driven products.

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract: we want you to feel part of Garaje and grow with us in the long term.
  • Flexible working hours: we have flexible hours so you can adapt your workday to your personal life. You can adjust both your start and end times according to team dynamics and work-life balance needs. And in summer, you can enjoy an intensive workday.
  • Health insurance with Adeslas: access Garaje's health insurance with tax benefits. You can also include your partner and children. No copays, no waiting periods, no questionnaires.
  • Flexible compensation: save on income tax by allocating part of your salary to restaurant, transportation, and childcare vouchers.
  • 26 days of rest: rest with 23 vacation days plus regional holidays. Additionally, we give you 2 extra days off at Christmas and on your birthday to celebrate special moments.
  • Incentives: bring in new clients or employees to Garaje and we'll pay you for it. Be part of the growth!
  • Culture of transparency: we believe in open communication and regularly share the company's situation and goals in our All Hands meetings and newsletter.
  • G-Book: our oracle. At Garaje, we have a guide in Notion that solves all kinds of doubts. There, you can find answers to questions ranging from how to request time off and who's who, to how to prepare a test guide, corporate templates for deliverables, or similar project references... You won't feel lost!
  • Frequent events and activities: we share knowledge and project learnings constantly. Since we like spending time together, we also organize informal events to get to know each other better and have fun as a team.
  • €500 bonus: we boost your professional development with €500 for you to invest in training, language learning, books, or industry events.
  • High-growth environment: advance your career at Garaje and work with multidisciplinary teams in Design, Data, Growth, and Technology, creating impactful experiences, services, and products for major clients like Vodafone, BBVA, Endesa, Banco Santander, Inditex, Telefónica, Adeslas, Repsol, IKEA, Legálitas, RBI, and Grupo Dani García. Being part of the Garaje team means having the opportunity to contribute to creating significant experiences, services, and products.
  • You will research and understand user and business needs to create digital products and services that delight people through strategic thinking, usability, flexibility, and accessibility.

How you'll work

  • Currently, we have two days per month scheduled by the company (10% of the total) when you must come into the Garaje offices. We do this to ensure everyone has in-person contact with others beyond a screen from time to time.
