About the role

From Gi BPO, an important multinational of Italian origin, we are looking for an Auditor to guarantee the quality of the service.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Perform quick inspections (audits) of the buses before departure to ensure everything is correct:

- Hand sanitizer gel, paper, and adequate ventilation.

- Bathroom condition: cleanliness and supplies (soap, paper).

- Passenger equipment check: USB ports, outlets, screens/entertainment, etc.

- Safety: fire extinguishers (and inspection date), first aid kit, reflective vest, emergency exit, window-breaking hammers.

- Visible interior damage.

- Visible onboard documentation (e.g., cleaning log, passenger rights).

- Possible visible damage.

- Verification of: driver documentation and phone use during the check-in.
