About the role

From GI GROUP we are looking to incorporate an HR Payroll & Admin Analyst responsible for labor and personnel administration, taxes, comprehensive payroll support, benefits management, onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, HRIS system administration, recruitment compliance support, support for HR transformation projects, acting as a point of contact between employees, for an advertising and marketing multinational located in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Management and updating of employee data in corporate systems.
  • Control of contractual changes, working hours, reduced working hours, and working conditions.
  • Monitoring of contract expirations, probationary periods, and labor documentation.
  • Management of employee requests and inquiries.
  • Preparation and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Management of labor documentation and electronic signature.
  • Administration of teleworking, vacations, permits, and absences.
  • Support for labor inspections and legal requirements.
  • Management of internal policies and corporate documentation.
  • Preparation and validation of monthly payroll incidents.
  • Review and control of salary calculations.
  • Management of compensation variables.

- Demonstrable experience in payroll and general HR matters, with a minimum of 4 years in similar roles.

What you'll get
