About the team

At Consoft, a company of the Glintt Life group, we are looking to bring on board a Distribution Channel Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Farmatic solutions and strengthen relationships with distributors, clients, and key players in the sector.

About the role

• Manage and develop the commercial relationship with distributors and clients in your area.

• Identify new business and growth opportunities.

• Monitor commercial objectives, activity, and results.

• Present solutions, updates, and value propositions to clients and partners.

• Coordinate with the Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams to ensure the best client experience.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and sector needs.

• Prepare forecasts, portfolio tracking, and commercial reporting.

What we are looking for

• Experience in B2B commercial management, business development, or distribution channel management.

• Experience marketing technology solutions, software, digital services, or technology products.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

• Results orientation, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft 365, and commercial tracking tools.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmacy solutions sector is a plus.

• English and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

• A proactive, autonomous, client-focused person with excellent communication skills.

En Consoft, empresa del grupo Glintt Life, buscamos incorporar un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial Canal Distribución para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestras soluciones Farmatic y fortalecer la relación con distribuidores, clientes y principales actores del sector.

Si te apasiona el desarrollo de negocio, la gestión comercial y la creación de relaciones de confianza con clientes y partners, te estamos buscando.

Sobre el rol

• Gestionar y desarrollar la relación comercial con distribuidores y clientes de tu zona.

• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento.

• Realizar el seguimiento de objetivos comerciales, actividad y resultados.

• Presentar soluciones, novedades y propuestas de valor a clientes y partners.

• Coordinarte con los equipos de Producto, Marketing, Soporte y Operaciones para garantizar la mejor experiencia del cliente.

• Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y necesidades del sector.

• Elaborar previsiones, seguimiento de cartera y reporting comercial.

Lo que buscamos

• Experiencia en gestión comercial B2B, desarrollo de negocio o gestión de canal de distribución.

• Experiencia comercializando soluciones tecnológicas, software, servicios digitales o productos tecnológicos.

• Capacidad para generar relaciones sólidas con clientes, distribuidores y partners.

• Orientación a resultados, negociación y desarrollo de negocio.

• Manejo de CRM, Microsoft 365 y herramientas de seguimiento comercial.

• Valorable conocimiento del sector farmacéutico, sanitario o de soluciones para oficinas de farmacia.

• Valorable nivel de inglés y/o portugués.

• Persona proactiva, autónoma, orientada al cliente y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
