Tech Lead ML/AI Engineering

What will your day-to-day look like at Glintt Next?

• You will lead the technical design and architecture of advanced Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions, from problem definition to deployment in production.

• You will participate in Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI projects.

• You will develop solutions based on LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent systems using cutting-edge technologies from the AI ecosystem.

• You will work hands-on in developing models, training pipelines, APIs, and inference.

• You will define scalable, reusable architectures oriented toward production environments.

• You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering, MLOps, business, and product teams to ensure high-quality end-to-end deliveries.

• You will actively participate in pre-sales processes, collaborating with commercial teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technical solutions, make estimates, and prepare proposals for clients.

• You will play a key role in workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations, acting as the technical reference for the client.

• You will help transform business needs into innovative, scalable AI solutions with real impact.

• You will promote best practices in development, observability, monitoring, and deployment of AI systems.

• You will mentor technical team members and contribute to the growth and evolution of the Data & AI area.

Digital & Technology

• More than 6 years of experience in Data, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence projects.

• Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML projects in production environments.

• Solid knowledge in:

  • Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics

  • Deep Learning

  • Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures

  • Computer Vision and/or NLP

• Experience developing scalable, production-oriented solutions.

• Advanced level of Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

• Knowledge of APIs and microservices development (FastAPI, Flask).

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Ability to define technical architectures and make strategic decisions.

• Experience collaborating with clients and participating in pre-sales initiatives and solution definition.

• Proactive profile with leadership, communication skills, and a business-oriented mindset.

• High level of English, both spoken and written.

• Desarrollarás soluciones basadas en LLMs, RAG, embeddings y sistemas multiagente utilizando tecnologías punteras del ecosistema AI.

• Trabajarás de forma hands-on en el desarrollo de modelos, pipelines de entrenamiento, APIs e inferencia.

• Definirás arquitecturas escalables, reutilizables y orientadas a entornos productivos.

• Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos de Data Engineering, MLOps, negocio y producto para garantizar entregas end-to-end de alta calidad.

• Participarás activamente en procesos de preventa, colaborando con equipos comerciales y stakeholders en la identificación de oportunidades, definición de soluciones técnicas, estimaciones y elaboración de propuestas para clientes.

• Tendrás un papel clave en workshops, sesiones de discovery y presentaciones técnicas, actuando como referente técnico frente al cliente.

• Ayudarás a transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones AI innovadoras y escalables con impacto real.

• Impulsarás buenas prácticas de desarrollo, observabilidad, monitorización y despliegue de sistemas AI.

• Mentorizarás a perfiles técnicos del equipo y contribuirás al crecimiento y evolución del área de Data & AI.

• Formarás parte de un entorno internacional, dinámico y altamente tecnológico, trabajando con las últimas tendencias en Inteligencia Artificial.
