About the Team

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the Glintt Next team, participating in a strategic project for a banking sector client, where you will have the opportunity to design and evolve complex architectures in data, event processing, and Artificial Intelligence environments, within a highly regulated banking context.

As a Solutions Architect, your day-to-day will be focused on turning business needs into robust, scalable, and sustainable architectures, aligned with corporate standards and the technical, regulatory, and security principles of the financial sector. You will work cross-functionally with development, product, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams, actively participating in design decisions, pattern definition, and the technological evolution of platforms.

How do we picture you?

• With solid experience designing solution architectures focused on data, analytics, and batch/streaming flows.

• With the ability to define and govern REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures (EDA).

• With experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and modern container-based architectures.

• With knowledge and experience in data platforms (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).

• With experience collaborating in complex and regulated environments, preferably in the banking sector.

• With technical and functional communication skills, structured thinking, and a quality-oriented mindset.

• With experience or interest in AI and advanced analytics solutions, including their integration into enterprise architectures.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or a senior developer who has evolved into architecture.

• Experience designing complex enterprise applications, ideally in banking.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and alignment with frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and repository management (Jenkins, Bitbucket).

• Experience in event integration and processing (Kafka, AMQ, MSK) and batch/streaming pipelines.

• Knowledge of data governance: lineage, cataloging, classification, and GDPR/LOPD compliance.

• Experience in observability: logs, metrics, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics: supervised and unsupervised models, MLOps, GenAI (RAG, embeddings, vector DBs), explainability (XAI), and model risk.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Archimate.

• Data Mesh and advanced Lakehouse.

• NoSQL databases (documents, graphs, time-series).

• Airflow, Denodo, Iceberg.

• Advanced NLP, multimodal models, and Document Intelligence.

• Fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, adapters).

• Enterprise Feature Stores (batch and real-time).

• Hybrid or edge AI deployments.

• Tools such as Bizzdesign.

• Knowledge of Project Management or Service Management.

Sobre el Equipo

Estamos buscando un/a Arquitecto/a de Soluciones para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, participando en un proyecto estratégico de un cliente del sector bancario, donde tendrás la oportunidad de diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas complejas en entornos de datos, procesamiento de eventos e Inteligencia Artificial, dentro de un contexto bancario altamente regulado.

Como Arquitecto/a de Soluciones, tu día a día estará orientado a convertir necesidades de negocio en arquitecturas robustas, escalables y sostenibles, alineadas con los estándares corporativos y los principios técnicos, regulatorios y de seguridad propios del sector financiero. Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos de desarrollo, producto, infraestructura, seguridad y arquitectura empresarial, participando activamente en decisiones de diseño, definición de patrones y evolución tecnológica de las plataformas.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

• Con experiencia sólida diseñando arquitecturas de soluciones orientadas a datos, analítica y flujos batch/streaming.

• Con capacidad para definir y gobernar APIs REST, microservicios y arquitecturas basadas en eventos (EDA).

• Con experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud (AWS y/o Azure) y arquitecturas modernas basadas en contenedores.

• Con conocimiento y experiencia en plataformas de datos (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).

• Con experiencia colaborando en entornos complejos y regulados, preferiblemente en sector bancario.

• Con habilidades de interlocución técnica y funcional, pensamiento estructurado y orientación a la calidad.

• Con experiencia o interés en soluciones de IA y analítica avanzada, incluyendo su integración en arquitecturas empresariales.

Lo que buscamos

• Experiencia previa como Arquitecto/a de Soluciones, Arquitecto/a de Software o desarrollador/a senior evolucionado/a a arquitectura.

• Experiencia diseñando aplicaciones empresariales complejas, idealmente en banca.

• Conocimientos en arquitectura empresarial y alineación con marcos como TOGAF y BIAN.

• Experiencia en Docker, Kubernetes y/o OpenShift.

• Conocimientos en CI/CD y gestión de repositorios (Jenkins, Bitbucket).

• Experiencia en integración y procesamiento de eventos (Kafka, AMQ, MSK) y pipelines batch/streaming.

• Conocimientos de gobierno del dato: linaje, catalogación, clasificación y cumplimiento GDPR/LOPD.

• Experiencia en observabilidad: logs, métricas y tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Conocimientos en IA y analítica avanzada: modelos supervisados y no supervisados, MLOps, GenAI (RAG, embeddings, vector DBs), explicabilidad (XAI) y riesgo de modelos.
