Senior Data & AI Consultant

• Collaborate with different business areas to identify opportunities where data, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence can add value.

• Participate in the definition, analysis, and prioritization of use cases, understanding business needs and translating them into the technological sphere.

• Provide technical judgment to guide solutions related to Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, without code development being the main focus of the position.

• Accompany the evolution and industrialization of analytical initiatives, ensuring their viability and alignment with business needs.

• Participate in working sessions and the presentation of proposals with different interlocutors, including business managers, management, and executive profiles.

• Defend proposals and recommendations from technical knowledge, providing a critical and constructive vision.

• Work in a dynamic, demanding, and high-exposure environment, managing different interlocutors and priorities.

• Solid experience in positions linked to Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.

• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, including classification and regression models, as well as experience or knowledge in areas such as NLP, Computer Vision, or Intelligent Document Processing.

• Knowledge of the lifecycle of analytical and AI solutions, including MLOps, data pipelines, and model industrialization.

• Experience working with Cloud environments.

• Valuable experience with data technologies and platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, Cloudera, and MongoDB.

• Ability to understand complex problems from a technical perspective and translate them into business needs, opportunities, and solutions.

• Real interest in evolving from a primarily technical environment towards a position with a greater functional, strategic, and interlocutory component.

• Ability to communicate and defend proposals before different levels of the organization, including management and executive profiles.

• Profile with initiative, independent judgment, capacity for influence, and results orientation.

• Ability to navigate fluently in demanding and high-exposure environments, maintaining a proactive and resilient attitude.

• Valuable experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, or Public Administration.
