Customer Service Agent, Zaragoza Store

Your main function will be to advise and assist the customer with billing queries and incidents, complaints, terminal configuration (transfer of contacts, photos, etc.), as well as offering them the different products of the company.

Your main goal in the store will be to ensure that customers are satisfied with all the services offered.

We offer:

- Full-time

- Shift: 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00

- ADDRESS: C/Delicias, 5 CP. 50017 Zaragoza

- Online training provided by the company for 14 days, which will allow you to specialize in the sector and learn about its programs and products.

- Support from your first day of work with a senior colleague.

- Salary: €17,139.58 gross per year

- Temporary contract to cover a sick leave.

Tu función principal será asesorar y atender al cliente sobre dudas de facturación e incidencias, reclamaciones, configuración de terminales (traspaso de contactos, de fotos, etc), además de ofrecerle los diferentes productos de la compañía.

Tu finalidad principal en tienda será ser el responsable de que los clientes se sientan satisfechos/as con todos los servicios ofrecidos.

- Salario: 17.139,58€ brutos/año

- Contrato temporal para cubrir una baja IT.
